•  How long are Practice Profits Media medical videos?

  Each medical video is between 2 and 3 minutes long. These patient education videos are designed to be tasteful, entertaining and brief to hold the patient’s attention.

•  Can I view your patient education videos before I make my purchase?

  Yes, please visit the VIDEO GALLERY to view samples and descriptions.

•  How do you customize the waiting room presentation for my practice?

  We incorporate your logo and/or practice name in lower right corner of the TV screen just like the broadcast news stations. We also will incorporate any before-and-after photos you provide (1 set per procedure). In addition, we can create a photo montage of facilities and staff members if you would like to provide those photos.

•  Can our logo be included in the customization?

  Yes, please send us a high resolution digital file of your logo for its clear rendering. Website resolution will not be sufficient for the waiting room DVD.

•  Can I put patient before and after photos in my waiting room video?

  The looping waiting room DVD is considered a customized presentation and can include your before-and-afters. However, our company does not have a source for before-and-after photos. The medical marketing package you choose will determine the number of before-and-afters.

•  Can I incorporate my own footage in the waiting room video presentation?

  Absolutely. Depending on the length, client-owned footage can usually be incorporated.

•  Can I use these videos on my website?

  You must purchase our Web Films License to use our patient education videos online. We will create a web page that replicates your existing website. Your selected videos will be linked to the page and integrated seamlessly with your site. This is by far the most popular service we offer.

•  Will video really help me in my internet search rankings?

  Yes, Google purchased YouTube at the end of 2007 and now Google internet searches include video content as a cross reference. Any practice incorporating video on their website has the opportunity of being indexed in multiple ways, thereby increasing your exposure and ranking on topical internet searches.

•  Does this medical marketing really work?

  Yes! We have lots of great feedback from doctors who say that the benefit of these patient education videos has quickly resulted in additional procedure bookings and boosted profitability. Please visit our TESTIMONIALS page to hear more from our clients.

•  How long can I use these medical videos?

  With the DVD and Website License, our medical videos are yours to use indefinitely. There is a fee of $500 for updates to the waiting room DVD that fall outside the initial 1-year period where you are allowed 1 complimentary update.

•  What is the price range for your different products?

  We have a variety of medical marketing tools ranging from waiting room video packages priced at $3,995 for an unlimited number of procedural films to $195 a la carte for as few as 3 film s. We also offer web films licenses for $2,995 and 2 variations of on-location filming for $3,000 and $4,000. Please refer to the PRODUCTS page for more details and give us a call to discuss your needs.

•  Do you offer these medical videos individually?

  Yes, it’s not an economical way to purchase, but the medical videos can be bought for $195 per video with a minimum quantity of 3.

•  I want to use these medical videos in my exam rooms.

  You can certainly use these medical videos in your exam room. You might consider an upgrade purchase of a menu to allow for selection of specific procedures. There is a flat production fee of $300 for the menu option, regardless of the number of exam rooms and copies you will need.

•  I have three offices, is there an additional charge for the other two offices?

  Yes, there is a licensing fee on our waiting room DVD for each additional office of $500, which includes a master and back-up for each office, as well as the update feature.

•  Are there any reoccurring fees associated your products?

  There are no recurring fees except for the monthly Webfilm Subscription Service.

•  Is it cheaper if I order several items at the same time?

  Yes, the Practice Profits Center is the most cost-effective medical marketing package – which includes the website license, waiting room DVD and interview package at a savings of 23%. Please speak with our sales representative for more details.

•  Can you make me a deal?

  If you order the looping waiting room dvd presentation in combination with the webfilms license, we will discount the total by $1,000. If you order on-location interviews as a 3rd service, we will reduce the price of that service by $1,000. This combination of all 3 is our Practice Profits Center (a 23% savings bought in combination.)

•  How long does it take to get our product once you receive our order?

  Please allow 2 weeks for waiting room videos and website licenses. Our goal is to deliver your final product as quickly as possible with a level of excellence that wins your continued business and positive referrals. The time frame will depend upon your timely provision of needed elements such as hi res photos & logo, script input, etc.

•  Can I update the waiting room video presentation after purchase?

  If you are purchasing a Waiting Room DVD Presentation, every custom presentation (except A La Carte Orders) comes with 1 complimentary revision within the first year.  After that 1-year time frame, you may request an update for $500 to revise your selection of medical videos and/or make other changes to your looping DVD presentation.

•  For the location & interview shoot packages, how many interviews are allowed?

  That depends on the time constraints of your shoot package, but the choice of subjects will be yours to make. Please discuss your objectives with our staff to determine which package is best for your shoot objectives.

•  Who comes to my office to videotape the doctor?

  We will send out an experienced producer/camera man to provide separately-priced services called the On-Location Package & Interview Packages. Please see the PRODUCTS page for details.

•  Can you videotape my clinical procedures?

  Yes, when you choose a Location Shoot which involves a full day on location. A full day allows the time to videotape select procedures as well as interviews and footage of the facilities, etc. You set the goals and itinerary for this shoot project with the assistance of our staff in blocking out time slots for each assignment.

•  Am I charged for your travel to our location for our shoot?

  Both on-location filming packages include travel if there's no overnight stay required.

•  Who does the interview footage belong to?

  The interview footage of individual doctors and staff belong to the doctor who paid for the shoot. However, medical videos produced by Practice Profits Media are copyrighted and the sole property of Practice Profits Media.

•  Can I put my interview footage on the web as well as in the waiting room?

  We will edit the raw footage into finished video segments which is your property to use as you choose. If you also purchase an online web license and/or the waiting room DVD, we will incorporate your interview footage into those finished products for you.

•  How many spokeswomen do you have to choose from?

  We currently have Caucasian, Mediterranean and Asian-American spokeswomen. Samples of each are available in our Video Gallery.

•  What if I don't agree with everything that is being said in a patient education video?

  Sometimes there are ways in which we can revise a medical video with regard to text super-imposed on the screen. Please discuss your requested changes with us to determine if this is possible.

•  I don't want audio on my waiting room presentation -- what are my options?

  There are 2 options for clients who prefer a silent presentation. First, you can order subtitled films which allows the viewer to read the text so that the volume can be lowered or turned off. The 2nd option is to order the silent films, which are shortened and use no spokesmodel.

•  I need to wait to order until I have before-and-after pictures.

  We can produce your waiting room video presentation with or without the photos or logo so that you can immediately begin benefiting from this patient promotional tool. The logo and photos can be added later within your 1-year period as the free update.

•  I'm not sure which medical videos would be best for our budget constraints.

  We suggest that you choose your initial videos so that you may begin benefiting from your waiting room DVD presentation. You will have 30 days to request any changes, should you decide to substitute different procedures.

•  Maybe I should wait until you add new films to choose from.

  This situation is covered by our update policy. We give our waiting room DVD clients one year from the purchase date to update your DVD at no charge to get the maximum benefit from the addition of any recently created films following your purchase. You will also have the option of purchasing a $500 update following the initial 1-year period.

•  I don't see (fill in the blank) in your patient education video libraries.

  As you know, technology changes at the speed of light. If you have a particular procedure or modality not in the library at present, we will consider creating a 30 second to 1 minute long educational montage. If it’s a commercially viable procedure, we will also consider shooting it at the next film shoot and adding it to our medical video library.

•  Can you send me references?

  Please refer to our TESTIMONIALS page for a variety of satisfied client quotes covering our full range of services (waiting room DVDs, webfilms, location shoots and production of TV commercials.)  We will gladly supply you with satisfied clients whom you may contact depending on the particular service you are considering.

•  What if there is a film I'm not satisfied with?

  We want you to be satisfied. If you get our presentation and there’s anything that’s not completely satisfactory, we will make whatever revisions we need to make because we want to keep you as a long-term client.

•  Can I use these medical videos at our local trade show?

  By permission only. What you cannot do is play them on a local or national broadcast or cable TV station or the worldwide web without our specific permission to do so.

•  Can I copy this waiting room DVD and hand it out to my patients?

  There are strict penalties for making unauthorized copies of any of our medical marketing products. Please read the Terms and Conditions on our website for specific details.
